Parking Passes are mailed to Buyers the week of Pre-Market. In order to receive a parking pass via our mailing, our tenants must submit your information to us by the 1st of the Pre-Market month (March or September). It is the responsibility of our Tenants to submit their buyers' information for a pass.
If you are a buyer and have not received your pass in the mail or are in need of a Centers of High Point Parking Pass:
1. You must be registered with the High Point Market Authority. The button below will take you to their website.
2. When you arrive in town, please visit our Hamilton Lobby Registration Desk located at 401 S. Hamilton Street.
If you haven't already registered, they can help you do so. They will also print your badge, and provide you with a parking pass.
