Exhibitor Services
Increase your foot traffic by ensuring that your company and product profiles are up to date with the Market Authority.

The Authority will connect you with buyers you usually might not be able to reach. There are over 300,000 conversions on the exhibitor search page and over 1 million visitors to the High Point Market Authority website PER MARKET. In addition to having your product information, we also highly recommend that you include photos, to potentially get featured in their "spotlight" posts on their social media accounts and website blogs.

Safety and Emergency
Health and safety are everyone's top priority. HPMKT rolled out a new emergency alert system for the October 2019 Market, and it will be continuing for this upcoming Market. To enroll in the emergency alert system, text HPMKT to 888-777, and you will receive all emergency alerts to include weather.
We will update you as we get information regarding the Coronavirus outbreak. At this time, there have been no impacts on the Spring Market.
Press Kits
Another excellent marketing tool offered by the Market Authority is their Press Kits (both digital and print). The press kits are available for the media to showcase destination exhibitors. Based on testing done by the Authority, this has proven to be effective in getting exhibitors additional exposure. Please note that these kits get erased every Market.

Directory Listing
Directory listings in printed guides given to all market-goers, please ensure your company information is correct. The listing is a new project for the Authority, and they need our help to ensure there are no mistakes before printing.
Transportation
HPMA will be offering FREE shuttles from Greensboro, Raleigh, and Charlotte starting the Thursday before Market. You will need to make a reservation to utilize a shuttle from Raliegh and Charlotte. To make a reservation for a shuttle from Raleigh or Charlotte.
For all those traveling from out of town, the Market Authority recommends using Travel Quest Travel Service for your travel arrangements. There are no booking fees to book hotels and a $30 booking fee for flights. Please visit www.highpointmarket.org for more information.
The bugs are (hopefully) fixed with the Uber and Lyfts apps. Now, when ordering from either service from a closed street, the app will direct you to the nearest available pick-up station. The Market Authority is also in the process of generating an agreement with Bird, the scooter rental company.

Entertainment
The Market Authority will be hosting a FREE concert for all market-goers and locals alike at BB&T Ballpark! The band, Fitz and the Tantrums, are frequenters on Billboard's top charts. This event is open to North Carolina residents as well as market-goers. However, market-goers get exclusive perks such as a VIP entrance and field access to be front stage!
